With regards to yesterday's WOD, I wasn't as concerned about having my set of 20 being broken because I banged my knee (with the barbell). I have the bruise on my knee cap today to prove it. Then, to see that although Susan handled more weight, she also did it broken. I don't feel so "belittled" now.

Rachel, it's butter. The original recipe called for a stick of butter for two pounds of brussels sprouts, but I replace some of that with canola oil.
Looks like Alison and I are both going to be there and both try to do the WOD. We'll have to go in heats, though, since Gavin will be with us.
