If anybody is interested in doing an updated form of the Bone Crusher WOD that shattered my finger, I will be at open gym. This is what the version I am doing tonight will look like:

3 rounds, rest 3-5 minutes in between rounds

10 2 Pood KB Swings
100ft farmer’s walk 140#/50# each hand
50ft yoke walk 315#
3 Log Power Cleans 155#
5 Log Press 155#
1 335# dead lift

If you want extra credit, run the whole thing together with no rest. I subbed the KB Swings for the log flips since I don't want to go outside, and I don't have to worry about losing another finger.

UGH! I wish I had seen that you were doing that WOD T. I wanted to make that one up. Guess I'll have to tackle it another time.

Great job tonight team. That was a killer WOD on the hands, but way to hang in there.

Coincidentally, Teresa, you can tackle it tomorrow :)

Any idea how Jack did 1000 pull ups without having his hands look like they were run through a box grater by pull up 400 or so?

As amazing as it is, i think he didn't kip very much. Less friction, less rips.
