This looks fun.... lots of box jumps are always "fun!"

By the way, what was the afterparty work on Friday? I can't tell from the posts. Thanks.

Were these guys high when they said this? You really think Spealler, all 5' of him, can step in and play for the Steelers? And dominate? Or let's go for a lower tier team, the Redskins. Even Rob Orlando, he might make the U of M practice squad, but let's get real, domination? And to think that no professional athlete has ever been able to "push through" because they haven't been exposed to the 10 Domains of Fitness Gospel?

“None of these guys are going to come in and do well without any CrossFit training. That will never happen,” Castro says. “They don’t have that mindset to push like CrossFitters do.”

Pat Barber thinks it’s more likely that CrossFit-trained athletes will transition easily into other sports and dominate the playing field rather than the other way around.

It's true, she will make you more flexible, but like Jason says, it won't be fun. I've been using Starret's MWOD stuff lately, anytime you see me doing something that looks painful with bars, bands, and mats. BUT it will make you flexible! My shoulder isn't a problem anymore and my overhead squats are improved.

Heck yeah! Supple Leopards are a little creepy...but this stuff works! I came away from the cert with a different perspective on how to attack some issues. I don't want to use the term "dumbed-down", but we often get in our own way by over analyzing the issue. Keep it simple and measure the results. If you are making progress then keeping going.

Yeah, I wasn't pretty enough to get through BUD/S. Plus, I didn't want to dye my hair or wear board shorts in Iraq.
