I'm not the best at this Zone Diet thing, I may have eaten as much as 6 blocks yesterday. BUT I made sure that the ratios were intact. Snuck in some corn chips and salsa? O no that means I better eat some meat too! Well this sounds like a plate of nachos.

The worst part of it is starting this diet right after Rachel's party. We have so much booze and junk food hanging around, it will take several pounds of steak to balance this ratio. Sounds like a cook out!

Aw, how cute. Cain on a 'diet'. I think you mean you ate a 6 block zone meal after the WOD last night. Remember you are not on a 'diet'! You are modifying your food choices to reflect a more hormonally balanced life-style... basically you want to optimize your training with the realization that research shows proper nutrition is absolutely non-negotiable when you want maximum results. So I say, go Cain go!
