As many of you already know Crossfit Diesel has a new coach, Steve Hulin! Steve has been an integral part of the Diesel community and we are extremely excited to have such an awesome athlete and friend join our team. Check out his bio here and congratulate him when you get a chance. I think he likes hugs...or maybe that was beer!

For my Bday (in October) I'd like us to do The Chipper WOD from the 2009 CF Games. Yep, the long brutal version. I stink at muscle ups (can't do them), box jumps, and toes to bar. Pretty please :)

We've done a version of that WOD. It was great! I'll go look your birthday up in the database. It's about time we do that WOD again to compare times :-)
