Yeah, that was pre-triathlon, so I had to scale the WOD from climbing a double rope to eating a sandwich. You thought I was joking when I put that.

Jason, if you just doomed me to the first Hero WOD involving a sandwich, I may be upset. Not because of the sandwich, but because I'm now jinxed. Either way, the sandwich has to be a reuben and the thrusters 135#.

What if the reuben was 135# and we had to clean it to the front squat position but just a little higher to gnaw on it and then progressively decreasing resistance with 12oz curls... 12-11-10-9...
