Leaving my 2 km row time here for future reference (I did it after tonight's WOD). 9:49 was my time. The bottom of my butt started burning around 5:50, I was ready for a break by 7:30, and I noticed that I was slowing down considerably around 8:10. PUSH PUSH PUSH! First work-out on the row machine for me, fun fun FUN!!! Thanks team :)

Yay! I'm with Anita, definitely better than running... my first time on that crazy machine was last week... I love the new-ness of it!
