Good job guys! Sorry I missed it. However, our good friends here at Pikes Peak Crossfit in Colorado Springs Kicked my ass with this little lady:

20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats

44:37 (rnd 5 with JPUs)
multiple PRs today, including:
1st time to complete 80 Pullups (sucks)
1st time to CF at 6400 ft elevation (it sucks a lot)
1st time to rip a callous off. (sucks even more)
So close to pukie, but no!
