Now this looks like trouble, makes the 7000# workout look silly, for me it's 180#*75reps = 13,500# to lift. Ouch.

We had a blast! It is a very educational WOD, regarding muscle stamina/ lactic thresh-hold, fatigue, willpower, & recovery.

Evan - 2 rounds (47/28) 165#
Susan - 3 rounds (35/30/10) 130#
Mandi - 5 rounds (16/20/20/12/7) 103#

We'll definitely see versions of this WOD again :)
