Just when I start thinking that Evan's not such a bad guy after all, he does this. This is two weeks in a row that the Monday work out was particularly brutal. If next Monday is 2x body weight deadlifts, I think I'll just skip. :)
I usually get nervous during warmup when I know it's going to be brutal. But this time around, I actually got nauseous walking to the car this am thinking about it.

It's been six months since I've done this. Last time I worried about finishing. This time I'm thinking PR.

This is going to be painful. Sometimes the WOD doesn't look bad when you're reading it until you actually do it. This is not one of those.

I think winter was not good for my running. I hope we do this one again in the fall.
