And I guess they just cant get enough! (That, or they really wanted the between round rest).

Jason - Agreed. The "I want to see Glassman do a WOD" crowd are agitators with nothing positive to add.

Bella Caroli was a legendary gymnastics coach; But I have no need to see him do a perfect double-back dismount off of a balance beam to prove his value. The results he produced in his athletes speaks for itself, as it does with all coaches.

Good points.

Absolutes in performance are fact, and Glassman has quantified athletic performance in terms that are inarguable. His contributions to fitness, in this regard are & in my opinion, are the greatest developments we in the fitness industry have seen in the past several decades.
