CFD- I'll be running trails on Sunday prepping for the 50km. I'm hoping to run a 25km, but if we don't get that far I'm not terribly worried. For anyone that wants to run the race on Jan 2, this will be a great test run. I'll bring some GU and we can talk about how to refuel during a long run.
