Sub 5 Fran?
A particular weight in Deadlift?
Sub 6 mile Run?
Muscle Up?

The key to setting good New Years goals is specificity (Otherwise it's unattainable and thus useless)!

I 'm going for a 300 lb deadlift by 04/07/09 (aka, 300 lbs by age 30).

To run a 100km (62 mile) race. There's one on the summer solstice (June 21) to run 100km of the mason-dixon line from sunrise to sunset.

Mandi: 22:37, #12, ball (alternating legs)
Evan: 20:44, #18, ball (some heal contact)
Matt: 29:35, #18, (Black Mat plus 2 plates)
Anita: 21:18, #26, 20" box

20% across the board gains in lifts and reduction of times. Sub 5 Fran sounds like a good goal.
