I am very disappointed with my time on tonight's sorry excuse for an effort. The last time Steve and I did this workout we banged it out in the following time:

Although, as Steve mentioned tonight, that was our third workout of the day and we were a testosterone, bourbon and beer fueled mess that night!

My intensity level has definitely dropped. I need to step it up!
