I'll be at the movie night tonight. I gave some thought to bringing a tasty, yet healthy broccoli and cauliflower dish, but eventually decided to go with chocolate chip cookies.

Also, at tonight's Movie Night, we will commence the 1st day of "CrossFit Diesel's 100 Day Burpee Challenge" "(yay burpiees!)"
Dan 7000lb workout make up - 10:19 @ 75# this morning. No humping dog interference.
The "CrossFit Diesel's 100 Day Burpee Challenge" "(yay burpiees!)" is a simple concept - 1 burpee on day one, 2 burpees on day 2, 3 Burpees on day 3, ... 100 burpees on day 100!
The rules:
1. Chest to deck, jump 6" minimum.
2. tight body position (no belly-flops)
3. If knees are being used, note *scaled*
4. Burpees do not have to be performed congruently; just in the same day.
5. Should you miss a day, you must make-up those burpees.
6. The buy-in for starting late is simply perform all of the previous days worth of burpees (example: if an athlete "buys-in" on day 5, they must perform the 5 burpees for day 5 + 10 (because: 4+3+2+1=10).
7. Split-Leap optional
Dan, Steve and I decided to celebrate "thank God we aren't" Father's Day today by doing another set of 7,000 #'s above our head. Of course this was not smart, as we were already sore from yesterday, but Mr. Miller Lite and Uncle Yuengling dared us to do it...therefore we gave in. Here's the damage at 75#'s each:
