so I did the math...and its 100 pull ups, 200 push ups, 300 squats...basically Murph without the running!!

Warning to anyone trying Candy - prepare some food before you leave for class. I couldn't fry my eggs and prepare fruit fast enough when I got back - I was ravenous!

So, how does everyone feel about bacon in your diet?

Cameron said...

I eat a lot of bacon...and sausage. I go through two pounds of the stuff a week! I have it nearly every morning with 2-3 eggs and some cottage cheese and fruit. Eat up big boy!

I love bacon, but I try to keep it to a once or twice a month treat. Between the saturated fat and the sodium nitrite, it's bad news health wise.

Personally, I invite bacon to the picnic with open arms and an empty belly!

Saturated fat is not the devil everyone makes it out to be. Many CrossFitters, myself included, drink cans of coconut milk and it is solid fat!

Sodium nitrate on the other had, well I could live without that one. Unfortunately most cured meats in America use it to help preserve the meat and decrease curing times. If you read older recipes on curing meats it is not used. Basically it is a recently used shortcut. Damn industrialization!

Remarkably impressive if anyone manages to do each round in 1 unbroken set per exercise.

Oh, and "Maggie" is the silliest thing I've ever seen.

Oh, and Trader Joe's nitrate and nitride free Turkey Bacon :)

1 strip is 6g Pro. so ~ 1 block.

Easy math.
