I would like to state for the record that this workout may kill me. Yesterday Steve and I did heavy deadlifts in sets of 5 and then 21-15-9 clean and jerks at 95#'s. A few hours later Dan P. came over and at 10:30 last night we did the 7,000# power snatch workout. I completed 74 reps at 95# in 8:57, Steve 9:03 and Dan coming in at 9:31. That is a PR by over 2 minutes...hell yeah!!!! Needless to say, my shoulders and back are very sore today. Tomorrow should be fun!

Some CrossFit trainer phrased it well when he said that staying in the Zone is as much an art as it is a science.
