Today's deadlifts are going to be a true test of my grip strength (or lack there of). My forearms feel like jello after the pull-ups yesterday.

I'll have you know my burpees were complete crap this morning after yesterday's workout. "I don't think those are supposed to be belly flops" says my BF. Sigh.

Alright Maggie, you jinxed me. I formed two new calluses yesterday during "Angie"...and they both tore off today during dead lifts. Thanks.
