Death by Pull-ups
With a continuously runing clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute ... continuing as long as you are able

Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Well this looks tasty! Do scaled pull-ups count? I'll be doing this on my own tomorrow, and the lack of my fav red band will make me do jumping pull-ups.

With the increase in pull-ups in our WOD's, a lot of us have torn our hands up. I found this thread on the crossfit website describing a few guards that might help. Evan, did you ever use anything like this? Pre-wrapping your hand with tape seems to be the best option...
