A full week of drinking and an empty stomach a successful Crossfit WOD does not make.
I just did this WOD at my house, got through the pushups in round 2 in 13 minutes and felt like I was going to pass out on the pavement.
Went back inside drank a rasberry protein smoothie and then finished the rest of the WOD, untimed.
The double unders took a disproportionate amount of energy from me compared to what I think they probably should have. I need to learn to do these w/o jumping 18 inches in the air each time.
Also, I've been running in the morning before breakfast b/c I heard it's a good way to burn fat. Today I learned that doing a Crossfit WOD in the afternoon, after sleeping for 12 hours, before breakfast does nothing but make me dizzy. Whoops.
