This looks fun! I'll have to do it on my own. I'm a little unsure what a clean is. Should we try to do what Annie is doing in this video but with a med ball (or dumbbell)?

That is correct Pat.

Here is a video with medicine balls, but the fundamentals of the movement are identical to Annie's 1 rep max video. Full and powerful hip extension, shrug, pull-under, etc.
