Back squats after yesterdays deadlifts?!?!?! My poor hamstrings will never forgive me for this one. I won't be able to make the class tonight, but I should be able to do this WOD at home...if I can walk by then!
Wow, Jason - Pull-Up/ Burpee is a TOUGH combination! I think there's a video of some of the CF coaches doing a Pull-Up/ Burpee WOD ... I'll go look it up - In fact, I think I'll post the video when I post tomorrow's WOD.

Yup! Keeping your back-angle a few degrees high today may help with drive.
