Is this to force me to finally do real pull ups in stead of my fake jumping ones? Can we work on getting me to do a real pull up? I really want to manage one of those kipping things.

This is the single worst time my hands have ever had. They are banged up pretty bad. Great WOD tho! At least I look tough in meetings :)
Glad to have my first crossfit-induced callus rip open at a pull-up session. It'd be a sad sad day to open one up playing golf or knitting.
