Valsalva's maneuver for creating increased intrabdominal pressure can definitely help. But, holding ones breath continuously for 15 reps with a moderate load ain't the best game plan. Dave Leys (the guy in the green shorts in today's video) is using the Valsalva maneuver lightly during the bottom 1/2 of his OHS. Watch his sets, they are very controlled and rhythmic, and his breathing has much to do with that.
i seriously had to pull over on my way home cause i almost puked. Then I could barely converse with my family when I got home and went to bed an hour early. excellent workout.

oooof, im might have to try this one, i hate running just as much as i hate burpess, this one should kill me.
This one looks crazy awful, especially considering you run 1/4 mile, then hold your breath for 15 reps! Whoever "nancy" was, I hope I never meet her.
Can i sub in "waddling" for running?
