The definitive answer would be any time that is faster than your previous time. PR's are always good.
As a hypothetical - Lets say an athlete finishes an unbroken 30 Front squat in just over 1 minute, and normally is able to run a 7 minute mile. This athlete should anticipate a 'best case scenario' time of of 8:00+ minutes. More than likely, their time will be slower if this is there 1st crack at "The Crippler".
