aw man... i want to do this one... i'm still sick and i pulled a muscle in my back from coughing so much. i will definitely be back Friday... no matter what... let's do the filthy fifty :)
Not too shabby! It is definitely the least amount of pain I have had following a race. My body is just tight all over. I plan on making the 6PM WOD today, so we'll see how that goes...

Still needs to be anchored, but here she is. A thing of beauty! (And the pull-up station isn't half bad either).
Super sweet. Finally, a new way to hurt!
Nice work, can't wait to see it (and abuse myself on it)!
I completed the Columbia Triathlon on Sunday in 3 hours and 19 minutes.
1.5K Swim = 31 minutes
41K Bike = 1 hour 45 minutes
10K Run = 1 hour 3 minutes
Not too bad for my first triathlon, but definitely room for improvement. Nothing a few more months of CrossFit can't fix!

I can only fit 65lb on my dumbell at home, otherwise 6:41 as rx'd.
I guess as scaled would be more appropriate.
Sounds like today is a great day for a run!
