8.5 rounds at 85 lbs. Forearms started hurting on set 5, did this mean I was us more of my arms than my hips for the clean part?

Loose Zone can be very effective (And pancakes or waffles cane be very delicious!) You make a great point about being able to weekly enjoy some treat foods, so long as they are the exception, and not the rule.

That said - Me and the Mrs. are going out for Thai tonight! :)

Steve - Maybe... By hurt, do you mean burn in the forearms or joint pain in the wrists?

More like just a solid burn in the forearms, no joint pain.

Dan, Meghan and I have drank beer by the pool and hot tub...and performed push-up challenges...for time...for the past 36 hours.

Dan: 1st set of 26 push-ups performed yesterday, handicapped by dog humping leg. Second set performed today, 30 sequential push-ups without humping interruption.

Cameron: 60 consecutive push-ups with chest to deck. No humping interruption.

Meghan: I was not paying attention so I have no idea how many she performed. Beer consumed exceeded push-ups completed.

Steve -

It sounds like grip fatigue. Totally normal.

Cameron -

Hysterical, simply hysterical!
