I always hate seeing new Hero workouts. Congrats on finishing that one Jason, it looks brutal!

Well, I officially feel like a Mac Truck ran over me in my sleep last night! It was either that, or alternating swimming drills with CrossFit everyday this week finally caught up with my body! Today is a much needed rest day.

No worries, I am definitely eating a lot of cheese with my whine today! So far I have ingested cheddar, blue and goat cheese. If I start feeling a little crazy, I might add some Parmesan in there as well!
