exactly how long will it take for someone to do this WOD?
Did this on the main site last thurs. Have fun when you get to the burpees! Muahaha
Now i really want to do this one, but i can't make it tonight; it's my first redskins meeting. Evan, do you know when you'll bring this one back? If it takes Jason 50 minutes to do this, then i'm going to need 2 hours. :)
Giving you a heads up on when we're going to do this WOD again would spoil the surprise, Lindsay. That's no fun :-)
I wish I could make it tonight, I have always wanted to try this workout. Damn work, gets in the way of my workouts! Hopefully we'll see it come again soon.
