Main site WOD(1000mrow, 50 45lb thrusters, 30 pullups) as a "warmup" 8:38. Hit it a little harder than I intended...

As Rx'd, and way harder than I thought it would be... 15:59.

This WOD is deceptive tough, mentally and physically. And doubling up on the WODs with "Jackie" as a warm-up?! - Hardcore!

As a side note: I recall, Coach Glassman wrote that "Jackie" was a one of the favorite WOD's over at CrossFit Santa Cruz.

When we get some C2's and our Pull-Up stations built, maybe it will turn into a favorite of CrossFit Diesel too :-)
