The (Polar) "Bear Complex"

7 Rounds per Set of the following complex:

Power Clean
Front Squat
Push Press
Back Squat
Push Press

5 Sets - Start light and increase load on each set.
~ Rest between sets as needed.

Remember - Mechanics, Consistency, then Intensity!
In other words, you should understand the mechanics and be able to apply them consistently before you ratchet up the intensity.
