Hi Evan, and Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays! I haven't forgotten about you all; I hope to return when time allows. Do you still plan to move indoors?
What is Crossfit? Well, if somone asked me to explain briefly, I would say it's a program to get you fit for LIFE. Whatever life brings you, whether you have to haul 20 bags of mulch one day and go on a hike with the kids the next day, CF helps you prepare for it. I love the group aspect also. I've tried doing it on my own and just can't stick with it. It looks like you're getting a great group together, WTG!

BTW this is Sue; I came to a couple of your workouts last month. It's putting my husband's name in there for some reason!

My wife had to tell me that "WTG" stands for Way to Go. My Guess was that it stood for Work That Group!
