Start at 95 lbs. M / 65 lbs. W
Perform 5 repetitions of Deadlift
Increase load in increments of 10-20 lbs, until a Max Load for 5 GOOD repetitions.
Cool down by reducing your Max to ~ 60% and perform 3 additional sets of 5 reps
Cool down by reducing your Max to ~ 60% and perform 3 additional sets of 5 reps
