Followed by

200m, 400m, 800m, 400m, 200m Intervals with 90 seconds rest

Pacing WOD: Run 400m as close to a goal 1-mile PR pace as possible, reported as seconds off of goal and total time off goal. The 4th 400m run was performed after the WOD:

Jamie: -12, -4, -3, -2: Total: 21
Shannon: -7, -5, -1, -10 Total: 23
Lauren: -6, -8, -3, -6 Total: 23
Jess: -25, -4, -5, -12 Total: 46

WOD was 200, 400, 800, 400, 200, but only times for the 400, 800 and 400 were recorded:

Shannon: 1:22, 3:13, 1:24
Jamie: 1:20, 3:18, 1:21
Jess: 1:26, 3:30, 1:37
Lauren: 1:29, 3:35, 1:40
