I got another 104 for last week's nutrition challenge but this week I am going to bet this 104 rut.

Mike where are those other 17 points going? Why don't you get them? I did awful. Quite bad indeed. I got an 80 something. Ha! I think that's a 'D'. So Mike, I challenge you this week to yes, have your best week yet! (That is my personal challenge :) ) I'm not saying I'm going to try to beat you, but together we can all beat our personal best this week. God knows I need to!

Rachel, the missing the other point because I am not getting my 5 meal a day in on the days I have off of work. This may be a good excuse for me to get smart phone so that I can set reminders on it to eat when I am not at work.
