12 Push-ups
15 Box jumps (24/ 20")
Paige Nutt 10 rounds + 9 deadlift (100lbs).

This concept makes me think of a performance by Baryshnikov. He was linked to a contraption that amplified his cardiac activity as the sound score. I got to see it live in Colorado....it was great.

For the Team Diesel Competitors here are the standards:
Standards:
Deadlift must come to full extension at top (shoulders behind bar).
No Bouncing DL.
Push-up must release hands off the floor at the bottom.
Elbows can be at a 90 degree or smaller angle (no wide hands).
No snaking/knee contact with the floor on the way up.
Box jump must reach full hip extension at top.
Step downs are allowed.

Just what I was thinking Mandi - you know that we need to do WODs together more often so that we can push each other! The new boxes will take some getting used to..I love having the big ol' tyre!
