Super Yum. This salad had arugula, red leaf, & cilantro. Then a handful of grapes, 2 eggs, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, nori seaweed flakes, shredded coconut and topped with an oil-mustard-vinaigrette!

I left my really sweaty blue t-shirt in or on the cubbies. I will pick it up tomorrow. Also, whose idea was it to have 50# kettlebells? Totally grabbed the wrong one for the workout today.
