My favorite move is bottom's up.
No, I do not think he looks ghaustly, maybe thin, fit, and happy.
Just sharing something interesting to me. I have his book but have not tried 80/10/10 since I'm afraid of eating too much fruit and developing diabetes... though under a doctor's supervision I don't think trying 80/10/10 would be a bad idea... though I also don't think there is enough protein in 811.
or enough fat!
Anyway, bottom's up. LOL.
