*Rings should be set 1 abmat above the floor. Chest-to-abmat for each rep. Maintain a hollow body position through out the push-up.

I'm not suggesting anything dietary to anyone.
My favorite move is bottom's up.
No, I do not think he looks ghaustly, maybe thin, fit, and happy.
Just sharing something interesting to me. I have his book but have not tried 80/10/10 since I'm afraid of eating too much fruit and developing diabetes... though under a doctor's supervision I don't think trying 80/10/10 would be a bad idea... though I also don't think there is enough protein in 811.

I'm going to do the Mediterranean diet for a week - in Italy. Olives, anchovies, bread, cheese, veal, and wine - I think that's it.
