What fun is being happy? Vest on.
The floor is about 30' from bars, to concrete on the other side.
As I read it, the sprint goes:
Forward, turn

Reverse,
Forward
for a total of 120' or about 36.5 m

3x the sequence minus sprints, subbed 65lb dumbell for the swings, and did dumbell thrusters rather than wallball. 7:40.

TT-- I'd do the GORUCK. Possibly even the overnight.
Thought I did it with a 50# vest:
4:30 (ish- I can't quite remember, I do know my ROM was crap on the wallball)
BUT - I realized on the drive home, I didn't take any weights out of the vest. That was a 75 pound vest!
75 pounds!!???? GOOD LORD EVAN!! That was awesome.
