The gang rocked the meet!
All of our ladies got Gold
Black set State records in all of her lifts and PR'd in Deadlift by 20-30 pounds (awesome job)!
Audry broke the state record on her 2nd deadlift ... then broke it again going heavier on her 3rd lift!
Susan rocked the heavy weight, performing consistently well in her lifts.
And Cain hit all 9 of his lifts with great speed and excellent strength.
Chalk 5 more State Powerlifting Records for CrossFit Diesel's phenomenal lifters - That brings the Bling count to 18 State Powerlifting records this year (and unofficially, we've broken 7 American Records in the Masters division).
