Jesse & I were saying that this WOD should be named the "Sherpa WOD" after the porters in Nepal who carry over 200lbs held by a strap on their heads and walk 5-7 days up the mountains (that's the only way to get stuff from A to B!). Check out the pictures at this link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sherpa Yokes are also a very common way to transport goods throughout Asia - mostly fruit and vegetables.
Sweet work gang! (arbitrarily ordered by Yoke, then Farmers)

Disappointed! I was hoping to be here when something like this came up in a WOD.
Holy old picture batman! Pre-five finger revelation and still wearing gloves on baby soft hands...
I'm working hard to make it TONIGHT. Get the scaled WOD ready. This is gonna hurt.
We are walking yolks or yokes? I hope it's yokes, because yolks require toast, and that's not paleo.
Cain, why soak up your yolks with toast when you can soak them up with bacon? Bacon > everything, and that is a scientific fact.
Looking forward to the farmers carry. Should be fun with torn hands from yesterday.
Actually, we'll be walking yaks.
... they need exercise too

425/195
Should have read 425 and 195x2 for me. Hands must have been cramped while writing at the board.
Good Catches Guys - I'll do a Copy & Paste update.
