OK, at the risk of planting the seed of a terrifying WOD in the mind of Evan:

I really like the idea of a team WOD involving an activity that I can't do on my own (or can't reasonably do in a short time duration workout). Such as... push a 4 ton car 100m.

Just sayin'.

I LIKE IT! Car push(starting at the far end of the front parking lot to the stop sign), then tire flip from the stop sign toward the back of the building, followed by a low rep Linda. What a nasty team workout!

ishlyc!

Pushing a car is surprisingly easy... now if we made it push it up hill, with chains, on fire... that's a whole different story.

1K Row, 1-8 Pullup/Burpee Ladder Up and Down, 1K Run = 22:39 (with black band) @ CF-Old Town

REALLY nice box! Still doesn't beat the instruction/attention at Diesel!

Doc said I'm good to go. Just general abuse, take anti inflammatories and ease back. So clean and jerks with kettlebells hanging from the end of the bar by chains is a great warmu-up.

We were both popping and cracking as he was moving my arm and shoulder through ranges of motion to find the problems. Was that you or me? Old age is funny!

Also, today's mainsite WOD looks awesome. Run 5K while pulling a car? Insane. Insanely Awesome.
