Jason, great coaching today. Rachel and I appreciate it greatly. I wish great fortune to all the Warrior Dashers today! What a beautiful day to be outside.
Evan, you are so right about the change plates being our best friend. They are a smart way to go when setting goals. For the last two WODs with press, I missed the 155 PR because I overshot.
The warrior dash was so much fun!!! Not really sure what any of our times are unfrotunatly, they will be online in about 2 days according to the coordinators. However, it was a pretty easy 5K, no weights to lift...no kettles to swing.....just a lot of dodging and weaving to pass people. The water was like ice and the mud was well very very muddy. It is hard to run up a mud hill, but we did or crawled up it at least. It was a lot of fun and a great day for it. I definitly plan on doing it again. We will post some pics when we get them. Both Dan's and Matt's wife took some nice shots at the end. It was a great day :)
Sounds like a lot of fun Mandi! How did you do in the tunnel?! I just came across this site Barbells for Boobs http://barbellsforboobs.com/ This is all about Crossfitters raising funds for mammograms by doing a fundraiser with Grace as a WOD. Is this something that we could consider for CFD?

Nice Sujata! I am totally down to help raise money for such an awesome cause!
Yes, Sujata! We would very much like to participate in Crossfit Fundraisers like this. CFD is heading in that direction....great find.
