Jason your inspiration is never ending! I was hankering for a cinnamon roll, so today we went to the Columbia mall and I had a caramel and pecan bathed cinnabon. I think however that the cinnabons were about twenty times the mass of one of those cupcakes that you ate.
I like the 'in 20 minutes or less', lest we lift heavy things on and on and on and on..... :)
LOVED the Warrior Dash! I'll totally do it again next year. I definitely feel that CF paid off with all the upper body work on the obstacles. I met the crew from CF Ocean City too (where a few of my teammates attend).
