Evan don't beat yourself up, we're all human (or superhuman CrossFitters) and you and Mandi are two of the most passionate, skillful, diligent, and reliable professionals I know. I know a ton of professionals and trust me few meet all of those criteria. I was not there this am but I assure you I'd say the same if I were there- you're allowed to be imperfect once in a while, we all are. :)

GAH!!!! I totally just discovered that my 4:40 was not a PR... in fact it was 14 seconds slower than my previous time... jfc I had to've been moving that last time!
