I was trying to figure out what we'd do today, and I was thinking that we haven't done the snatch balance in a while. I'd like to see how much better this is after having done the cert.

Rachel and I did the mainsite WOD from Saturday at a Columbia Association gym (AKA the wax museum of working out)...
21-18-15-12-9-6 and 3 rep rounds of:
Sumo deadlift high-pull, 75 pounds
Push jerk, 75 pounds
Rachel: 22:06
Cain: 20:55
It was great and we got lots of 'looks'.

Yeah he was doing a push press. I wonder why he was doing that. Also, I went a lot deeper into the squat to do the SDHP. Was I adding work for myself?

Glad to see Jason stepping up to the coaching plate but I am not sure if he is a cat lover or hater. I think choking a kitten with your hand spells cat hater.

That WOD Cain posted about (SDHP and PJ) we did yesterday (Sunday) and I did 50 pounds (not 75 eek!).
