I honestly don't entirely know what 'hero week' means, but if this is 'hero week' then I am strongly in favor of at least one week per month being 'hero week' the WOD's this week have absolutely been the most fun and the coolest WOD's since I started CF about 7 weeks ago (I missed tonight though bc of work). I pray I will make tomorrow's 6pm. Word.

Looking back, however, they are all incredibly fun, amazingly effective workouts, all 7 weeks long. Don't let that word 'hero' fool you! Top notch.

It's been an interesting week so far. Sadly, I've had rest days on the other two Hero WODs, but today I'll be able to get one in.

So like I said, because of all that, I may have to work tomorrow, which may mean I'll miss tomorrow's WOD. If I can (redacted) then I may be able to show up.

Still can't believe I am missing this one. Substituted a 200m sprint "for survival" from 6 1000lbs+ el torros. Absolutely nuts. I think you might actually have to be frickin crazy to run right next to them. See you guys next Wednesday!

J, that's friggin (redacted). I think that (redacted) would approve of that, which means instead of saying that it's adjusted, just redact the 1 pood KB swing and continue as prescribed.

Folks, read carefully - SCALE! This is the beast of all WODs I've done in the past year. I know the running events on some WODs are difficult for me, but this one had me in the pukie state 3 times over the course of the workout itself. Bring plenty of water because you are going to SWEAT. Good luck!!!

I just found out from John Tonight, Rachel.

Redacted text is: Text that has been removed from an official document before it gets released to the public. Back in the day, sensitive lines of text where blacked out via magic marker, before being released publicly. Now-a-days folks parenthetically write "(redacted)" in place of any removed text.

Ok, so for accountability purposes I will be posting what I weigh here on the board every Friday. Currently, I am at 212lbs as of this morning. My goal is to get to 202lbs by the Fall power lifting meet, that way I can cut weight down to 198. Yep, 10lbs in 2-3 months....doable, yes?
