I don't think Keith can hear us over the sound of how awesome he is.

Jason, I hope you don't mind me saying this, but I've always thought it a little funny that your profile pics are of cats.

Anita FTW!

Yeah, I get pretty fired up when people stack the weights all crooked.

Don't get me wrong, Jason. I love cats too. It's just amusing to see it from someone who can and probably has taken someone down. Plus they make great hand and feet warmers.

I always miss the fun ones! ;) Just got back from vacation in Seattle. I'll try to make it on Thursday; if not I'll see everyone next week!

I did the 5ton 5k today. Not to let the opportunity pass.

40:38 as prescribed
run was on treadmill
0.65 mi = 1040m

Managed to do all the deadlifts, which is certainly progress for me.

Nothing against cats, but they make me sneeze.

We'll definitely see the 5 Ton 5 K again - Probably as a larger event in the upcoming months.

I am Keith, here me roar! (with my RHO shirt on)

Movie quote - "Rho, rho, rho your boat..."

Anyone know which movie in the 80s this quote came from?

Revenge of the Nerds I think... in the talent show competition?

Evan, do you take WOD requests for birthdays? I have one coming up and won't mind seeing 5 Ton 5K again real soon.

Funny, I can't exactly remember what movements were involved in Back in Line, but it still inspires a much greater fear response than The Beating.

I think you should figure out something different and way more difficult than those, Evan. I'm thinking an hour+ WOD, with heavy lifts, runs, rows, jumps, pull ups, log flips, super yoke, and a heavy overhead walk. You can call it "Brush with death." Just don't do it this or next weekend so I can do the half marathon and then drink next weekend. :)

John A has a great idea. How about making it the Memorial Day WOD so we all puke and then have room for a real good BBQ meal afterwards?

Hour long WODs don't let you meet Pukie. WODs with the word "Rest" in them let you meet Pukie.

I was pretty close on Saturday. I'll bet that if you did 4x400m sprints with a burpee penalty for every second over 1:15 mixed somewhere in the WOD you'd guarantee meeting pukie. Maybe even four times...

I'll have to dig deep to come up with a WOD, fitting such fantastic nomenclature.
