It's hard to say. I'm almost twice as strong as I was a year ago, and my endurance (for events under 45 minutes or so) has increased a lot. I guess I'll go with: 1xBW power clean 2xBW dead lift 12:11 Helen (since that took me 19:46 with a blue band and 30# kettle a year ago)
